Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via selected postal service. Online tracking information will be provided if it available by selected carrier. Delivery time is for estimate only. We are not responsible for any postal delays.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Be care, international shipping can cost more, and possibly take longer to get to you. In some cases, you may also have to pay import charges. These charges are generally based on the item’s price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any local taxes, duties, and fees. We are not responsible for this charges.
